On August 1st, 2020 the Bayou La Batre Area Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the Seventh Annual Bayou La Batre Kayak Classic Fishing Tournament. The largest kayak fishing tournament in the State of Alabama. It will again be held along the coastline of Bayou La Batre and the Gulf of Mexico. Join us with a shotgun start at 6am and compete for over 33 different awards including Master and Junior Angler divisional titles! Junior anglers will be allowed to fish from pier and land as well as kayaks! Family and friends… you are invited too! A full day of festivities including live music, fresh food, cold spirits and tons of fun will be in store for you at tournament headquarters at the Bayou La Batre City Docks.
